Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC - Hybrid Option Available

Term and Schedule: Temporary (6-Month Commitment, start ASAP) Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Pay rate: $30–$50/hour depending on experience

A leading television network is looking for a Web Content & HTML Specialist to assist their Print and Distribution Services team at their iconic Midtown Manhattan office. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a household-name brand’s digital presence while working in a dynamic media environment.

This Web Content & HTML Specialist role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a careful eye, and experience maintaining existing websites using HTML, CMS platforms, and SharePoint. You’ll be updating, editing, and lightly designing content across the company’s digital footprint—without disrupting the existing structure.

Key Responsibilities for the Web Content & HTML Specialist:

• Maintaining and updating the existing website using HTML and CMS tools
• Editing and uploading web content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
• Designing and formatting web pages to enhance user experience while preserving site integrity
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather, test, and post updated materials
• Working with SharePoint to manage and support internal content as needed
• Reporting to the Director of Print and Distribution Services and meeting deadlines efficiently
• Troubleshooting issues with layout, formatting, and functionality without disrupting the live site

• 2+ years of hands-on HTML experience
• Prior experience working with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.)
• Some familiarity with SharePoint in a content management or support capacity
• Ability to commit to a 6-month assignment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to not “breaking” existing site elements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
