United Staffing Solutions is representing a large restuarant supply company in Lodi, NJ who is looking for Shipping Associates to join their team.

This is a full time, temp to perm position.

Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with OT as needed

Responsibilities

• Shrink wrapping and strapping of outgoing pallets
• Bending, stretching, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Able to use RF scanner to load out going trailers and customer pick-up orders.
• Familiar with electric pallet jack or MHE equipment (will be certified in-house).
• Must be able to consistently Lift , Push and Pull at least 50lbs.
• Cleaning, sweeping, and general housekeeping of the facilities
• Positive attituded, customer service mindset
• Able to effectively communicate with customers, staff and leadership teams.

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of warehouse distribution processes
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 software for inventory control
• Hands-on experience operating electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and stock management
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying quantities accurately
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes and order management platforms
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
