Universal Banker - Banker

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Banker for a well-established bank in the Bronx, NY. Traveling to multiple branch locations is required.

Salary: $35,000-$42,000/year DOE

Excellent Benefits Package.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am-4 pm, Friday 9 am-6 pm, flexibility required if needed to work on some weekends.

Responsibilities for the Universal Banker:

• Onboards customers and open new accounts
• Process paying and receiving transactions
• Execute cash vault activities
• Schedule customer calls and follow up meetings
• Reply to customer inquiries
• Carry out assigned training
• Process wire transfers and other electronic services
• Knowledge of operating smart ATM’s, TCR’s or conventional teller stations

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and mathematical skills
• Proficient PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of retail banking procedures and regulations
• Acclimated with technology
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated
