United Staffing Solutions is looking for Licensed Unarmed Security Guards for various locations throughout Manhattan. Security Guards will be responsible for various duties throughout the designated location to ensure residents, employees, and property is secure.

Must have a valid NY Security License.

Pay: $22-$25/hr DOE

Schedule: Various shifts available, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of visibility to promote a safe environment.
• Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of individuals, employees, and visitors.
• Conduct routine patrols on foot or by designated vehicle to enforce security policies.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and directions.
• Write accurate and detailed incident reports.
• Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

• Proven experience as a security guard or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
• Must be physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid security guard license
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
