Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care
Location: Meeker, CO
Pay: Approximately $2,350 gross/week
Shift: Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts
Hours: 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Job Type: Travel Contract
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long-Term Care travel assignment in Meeker, Colorado. This opportunity offers a consistent day-shift schedule, guaranteed hours, and potential furnished shared housing.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
- Perform assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
- Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Job Requirements
- Current unrestricted Colorado RN license required
- Previous Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
Assignment Highlights
- Approximately $2,350 gross/week
