Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Peoria, IL
Pay: $2,700+ gross/week
Schedule: Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. This opportunity offers a consistent day schedule, competitive weekly pay, and an ASAP start.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and continued care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Job Requirements
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license OR license application currently in process
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work a 40-hour day-shift schedule
- Available for an ASAP start and 13-week assignment
