Travel RN – Case Management
Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Pay: $2,242 gross/week
Shift: Days | Full-Time
Contract: 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Job Type: Travel Contract
We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care throughout the hospital stay and discharge process
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate discharge plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, social services, and other members of the care team
- Assist with utilization review and appropriate level-of-care determinations
- Coordinate post-acute services and resources as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely case management documentation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Acute hospital Case Management experience required
- Knowledge of Meditech, Midas, and InterQual required
- Ability to work full-time day shifts and every other weekend
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
