STAFF ACCOUNTANT

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a very well-established food manufacturer, who is seeking a very qualified Staff Accountant.

Salary - $70K - $90K DOE

Days/Hours – M-F, 9am-5pm – overtime may be required as needed

Excellent Benefits Package.

Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

  • Perform journal entries and adjustments, account analysis and reconciliation
  • Assist with month end close
  • AR & AP experience
  • Complete daily cash in bank reconciliation, check disbursements and payments
  • Filing and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5’ years of experience in public or private accounting
  • Proficiency with pivot tables, SAP and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
