Senior Wealth Management Associate

This is an in-office position. Not remote. Not hybrid.

Salary: $80K-$110K DOE

PTO and Holidays

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, some flexibility required.

Responsibilities for the Senior Wealth Management Associate

• Handle administrative investment procedures
• Learn about various investment products
• Respond to client inquiries
• Assist clients in completing applications, transfer funds paperwork and open accounts
• Answer phones, respond to emails and schedule appointments
• Communicate daily with Financial Planner

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• FINRA License Series 6 or 7 is required
• 5-7 years of previous experience working in a similar environment
• Must be highly proficient in CRM, Excel, Outlook and Zoom
• Thorough understanding of portfolios and investment products is a plus
• Working knowledge of Morningstar Advisor workstation, Riskalyze, Redtail CRM, NETX 360 (Pershing), and Albridge strongly preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Covid vaccination required
