United Staffing Solutions is looking for Industrial Sewers and Seamstresses for one of their high profile clients in Brooklyn, NY. This position would be working in a distribution center and production plant for a uniform company. The Industrial Sewer should be someone who is diligent and has a high attention to detail.

Full Time: Mon-Fri 7am-2:30pm

Pay: $17.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Sort garments and pack/prepare them for return delivery
• Read labels to determine where they should be delivered
• Press, fold, and hang garments to properly store and/or ship
• May need to perform slight sewing repairs as needed
• Adhere to proper safety and production procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Prior experience working in production/assembly preferred
• Must be detail oriented and able to read/interpret ID labels
• Sewing experience/knowledge required

This is a temporary to permanent position which included full benefits: Medical, Pension, Vacation/Sick Days once converted permanent after about 3 months.
