United Staffing Solutions is looking for Sales Associates for a Masonry and Concrete Supply Company in Farmingville, NY.

Pay: $20-22/hr DOE

Schedule: Store hours are as follows- Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm, Sat 7am-1pm. Schedule would be 5 days a week, Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide expert product recommendations, including pavers, bricks, stone, and hardscape materials.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Collaborate with the yard team to manage inventory and deliveries.
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and well-presented.
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service.

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in masonry, construction, or home improvement.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move products as needed.
• Knowledge of masonry, hardscaping, or construction is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work weekends.
