Residence Supervisor – $27/hr | Weekly Pay
Location: Staten Island, NY
Pay: $27/hour – Weekly Pay
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
The Residence Supervisor is responsible for the overall care and well-being of individuals in assigned residences. This role manages day-to-day operations and provides direct supervision to Shift Supervisors, Assistant Residential Coordinators, and Direct Care Counselors. The ideal candidate will set high performance standards, offer continuous staff training, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, evaluate, and support residential staff including hiring, orientation, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate staff training and development.
- Review and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and appointments.
- Lead regular meetings with care teams including clinical staff and service coordinators.
- Ensure timely certification renewals, incident reporting, and safety compliance (e.g., fire drills).
- Oversee financial management for resident personal funds and household expenses.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards in assigned residences.
- Monitor and stay within budget for staffing and operational expenses.
- Support service planning and participate in resident conferences.
- Provide weekend and on-call coverage as needed.
Job Requirements
- achelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- OR in-house candidates with 10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of HCBS Waiver, IRA, ICF regulations, and Quality Management preferred.
- QIDP certification preferred.
- Flexible availability including weekends and on-call shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
