Residence Coordinator – $25/hr | Weekly Pay

Location: Staten Island, NY
Pay: $25/hour – Weekly Pay
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Position Summary:
As the Residential Coordinator in ensuring the safety, care, and well-being of residents in assigned homes. You’ll supervise Direct Care staff on the day shift, monitor program implementation, and foster a positive environment that encourages independence, productivity, and inclusion for the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all Direct Care staff during the day shift and manage daily routines.
- Conduct interviews, evaluations, feedback sessions, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintain time and attendance records; ensure adequate staffing.
- Facilitate orientation and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
- Oversee completion of fire drills, safety checks, and site inspections.
- Monitor household supplies, food inventory, and adaptive equipment needs.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and accurate, including data collection and financial ledger reviews.
- Support medical appointments by ensuring all required paperwork and materials are provided.
- Observe and train on meal service and coordinate cleanliness and extermination prep.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
- OR 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (degree may be waived).
- Experience with HCBS Waiver, IRA, and ICF regulations preferred.
- Ability to work the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift consistently.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, be on-call, and provide weekend coverage as needed.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
