United Staffing Solutions is seeking dedicated Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses to join a great Medical Center team in Prescott, AZ. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing direct patient care in various medical and surgical settings.

Weekly Pay: $2,112.40

Shift: 11.5 x 3 nights

Contract Length: 13 weeks, with the option to extend

Start Date: September 24

Duties
- Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care for medical and surgical patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and treatment procedures
- Utilize electronic health records for documentation

- Valid RN license
- Previous experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
- Knowledge of PICU, Level II Trauma Center, Triage, Clinic, Infectious disease care
- Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Familiarity with MDS documentation is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
