RN Case Manager
Location: Jackson, MS
Pay Rate: $47/hour (local)
Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts (non-negotiable)
Job Requirements
- RN Case Manager with at least 2 years of inpatient/acute care case management experience in discharge planning.
- Minimum 6 months at a Level 1 Trauma Center or large academic medical center.
- Required Certifications: BLS.
- Must have EPIC charting experience.
- Flu vaccine required (only medical exemptions accepted with documentation).
