Registered Nurse – Oncology

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in an oncology unit. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients undergoing cancer treatment while working alongside a supportive healthcare team.

Location: San Antonio, TX 78229
Shift: Day Shift
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1,800.00 (paid weekly)

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and assess patient response to treatments and interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver patient care
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of oncology nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Knowledge of chemotherapy administration and oncology protocols
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
