Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health (PRN)

Pay Rate: $50/hour (Weekly Pay)

United Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN position in Fort Worth, TX. This role requires strong clinical skills, prior behavioral health experience, and completed de-escalation training.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Behavioral Health

• Schedule: PRN (as needed)

• Pay: $50/hour, paid weekly

• Employment Type: PRN/Per Diem

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs

• Monitor and assess patient behavior, safety, and overall health

• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Respond effectively to behavioral emergencies

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Texas

• Minimum of 2 years of PRN experience in behavioral health

• De-escalation training completed (mandatory prior to start; on-site training not available)

• BLS certification required

• Strong crisis intervention and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
