Job Description

REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – HOME CARE - SENIOR LIVING

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, Senior Living community. They are seeking a Registered Nurse who has experience supporting the geriatric population. This facility is one of the country’s largest and most respected providers of senior living and healthcare.

Salary - $104,000-$114,400 depending on experience PLUS - Sign-On Bonus

Benefits offered: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, Education Assistance

Days/hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm/5pm. One weekend per month and one week on-call Friday-Thursday required.

Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:

  • Participating in care conferences and meetings
  • Communicating any changes in the resident’s condition
  • Delivering nurse care as outlined in the plan of care
  • Partnering and collaborating in the initial evaluation to assess the residents’ needs

Job Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse License for the State of Maryland
  • Valid CPR certification required
  • Current OASIS experience required
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of previous experience in home care and Medicare-certified home health
  • Prior Experience in caring for seniors and/or seniors with cognitive impairment
