Location: New York, NY 10029
Pay: $65/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Work Setting: Hospital
We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time opportunity in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients
- Perform dental cleanings and preventive oral care
- Assess patients' oral health and identify areas requiring further evaluation
- Administer local infiltration anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia as permitted
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and patient safety procedures
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals
Job Requirements
- Valid New York State license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Valid New York State Department of Education Certificate to Administer & Monitor Local Infiltration Anesthesia & Nitrous Oxide Analgesia
- Strong communication, patient care, and organizational skills
Pay: $65/hour
