RN Instructor
Location: Staten Island, NY
Salary: $100,000/year + Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced RN Instructor to support workforce development, staff education, and clinical training initiatives throughout Staten Island, New York. This position focuses on education, competencies, and training support within home care and community-based healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct staff trainings, competencies, and educational sessions
- Support workforce development and clinical education programs
- Provide instruction on patient care procedures and best practices
- Evaluate and document staff competency completion
- Maintain accurate training records and reports
- Travel throughout Staten Island for training and competency sessions
Job Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- Experience in home care or community-based healthcare
- Experience conducting trainings, competencies, or staff education preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within Staten Island as needed
