Job Description
RN Case Manager – 13-Week Hospital Assignment
Location: Bronx, NY 10457
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (7.5 hours with 1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $74 per hour
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on Med-Surg or Telemetry units.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Job Requirements
- Current RN license in New York State.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- PRI (Patient Review Instrument) certification.
- SCREEN Training certification.
- Recent hospital experience preferred, specifically in Med-Surg or Telemetry units.
