RN Behavioral Health Adult Emergency

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking Med Surg RN Behavioral Health Adult Emergency in Manhattan. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating assigned patients.

Pay: $90/hr with weekly pay

Flex Tour 1 (7:30pm-8am)

Flex 2 (3 days weekly) 7:30am to 8:00pm. Alternate weekend included. No major holidays. Agency key letter and PMCS certificate active.

Responsibilities of the RN Behavioral Health Adult Emergency:

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

• At least 1 year of recent paid experience as a Medical Surgical Nurse of similar
• Active NYS RN License
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• PCMS or CPI is required
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
