Job Description
RN – Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Danville, VA
Pay Rate: $1,980/week
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to medical/surgical patients.
- Monitor telemetry and assess patient status.
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments per physician orders.
- Assist with ADLs, patient education, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in charts.
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care.
Job Requirements
- Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills.
