Job Description
RN – Med Surg Ortho/Oncology
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Med Surg Ortho/Oncology RN for a 13-week contract assignment in El Paso, TX. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated healthcare team in a fast-paced inpatient setting.
Start Date: 05/26/2025
End Date: 07/26/2025
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,326
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Experience Required: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to orthopedic and oncology patients
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and manage IV lines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Job Requirements
- Active RN license (Texas or compact state)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg Ortho/Oncology experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts
