Job Description
Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Holyoke, MA
Pay: $2,515 gross/week
Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for an opportunity in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health and psychiatric patients
- Perform assessments and monitor patients' mental and physical status
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Utilize therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary behavioral health team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Recent psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills
- Ability to work the 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift
