Compensation: $67 per hour with weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care or telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patients with complex medical conditions.
• Administer medications, manage treatments, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage telemetric equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and progress.

• Active NJ RN license (must be in good standing).
• 1-2 years of experience in progressive care or telemetry nursing required.
• Strong cardiac knowledge and familiarity with telemetry equipment.
• Ability to assess and intervene with critical patients efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for per diem or travel assignments with flexible hours.
