Salary - $84,300 -$92,300 depending on experience PLUS benefits

Days/Hours – M-F, 9am-5pm + OT

Deal breakers: must have a Social Work Degree, NYS Social Work License, at least 5 years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities for the Program Director:

· Oversee staff trainings

· Make sure clients receive services that meet their needs

· Oversee and create new scatter site units in areas with limited HIV/AIDS supportive housing units

· Assist in the recruitment and retention of staff

· Supervise the coordination of HIV/AIDS services with community services

· Master’s Degree in Social Work required

· Must have a valid NYS LCSW-R, LCSW or LMSW License

· CASAC a plus, not a must

· Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in supervising the operations of Scatter Site Housing Programs

· Must have at least 5 years’ experience in providing direct services related to the treatment and recovery of persons living with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and mental illness

· Bilingual-Spanish is a plus not a must
