Job Description

United Staffing Solutions is looking for experienced and dedictated Physical Therapists for our client, a long term care and rehabilitation facilities in Brockton, MA and other surroudning areas.

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to help residents restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. The PT works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality rehabilitative care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

This is a contract role, for 14 weeks with the possibility of being extended.

Pay: $60-63/hr depending on experience and location

Schedule: Full time, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm with rotating weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide direct physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function.
  • Document all evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on safe mobility techniques and exercise programs.
  • Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed.
  • Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in state of Massachusetts
  • Experience: Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills; ability to work effectively within a team environment.
