Location: Farmingdale, NY 11735
Pay Rate: $70/hour, weekly pay
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation to patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Document all patient care accurately in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and recovery plans.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active and current Physical Therapy license in New York State.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
