United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking a Physical Therapist for In-person, Clinic and Home work. As a Physical Therapist, you will develop and administer treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following injury, disease, or surgery.

Salary Range: $99,195 - $113,800/year DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and treatment at PACE site and participants' homes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment following safety protocols.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans.
• Participate in discharge planning and order necessary equipment.
• Mentor students and staff through in-service training.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree from an APTA accredited program.
• New York State licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapist or with the elderly population preferred.
• Ability to travel to patient homes and work in different settings.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged depending on the location.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients as needed.
• Must be able to navigate stairs and operate medical equipment.
• Ability to visually and audibly assess patient needs.
