Physical Therapist – Senior Living Community – Independent Living

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their exceptional care team within an Independent Living Facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability and work-life balance — no travel or driving required.
Location: Baltimore, MD 21228
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary: $83,200 – $99,000/year depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic, person-centered therapy that supports residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, and clinical well-being.
- Implement individualized care plans that align with residents’ routines, strengths, and preferences.
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes comfort, companionship, and dignity.
Job Requirements
- Current Maryland state license as a Physical Therapist (required)
- Degree and clinical training compliant with current Medicare and state requirements
- Experience in Medicare-certified home care (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Proven ability to document services in compliance with reimbursement and regulatory standards
- Experience with older adults and diverse diagnostic groups (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to provide three professional references
