Physical Therapist (Adults) – $45/hr – Weekly Pay

Location: Roosevelt, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $45/hr (Weekly Pay)

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to adults, including those with developmental disabilities. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for a consistent schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and re-evaluations as scheduled or assigned
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide recommended clinical services to individuals as assigned
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Make appropriate referrals to other departments or services when indicated
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure: New York State Physical Therapist License (Required)
• Preferred Experience: Treating individuals with developmental disabilities
