United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Associate to provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical care and possess knowledge of medical records systems.

Pay: $23/hr with weekly pay

Shifts Available: 7 am-3:30 pm, 3 pm-11:30 pm, 11:15 pm -7:15 am

Duties of the Personal Care Associate:

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information as required
• Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
• Provide support in hospital medicine settings, focusing on geriatrics and infectious disease care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation using systems such as Epic
• Experience in caring for children is beneficial

• Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices and procedures
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control measures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and healthcare professionals
• HS Diploma or Equivalent is needed in order to prepare reports, keep records and deal effectively with people
• AHA Heart Saver or BLS Required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate effectively with other members of the Specialty Service.
• Successful completion of Patient Care Associate Certificate
