Job Description
Part-Time Medical Assistant
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Avenue P area)
Compensation: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
- Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
(Part-time, 4 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phones and perform general clerical tasks
- Support clinical staff with daily operations
- Assist with maintaining records and documentation
- Provide support with blood draw activities (a plus, but not required)
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare/clerical setting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Phlebotomy skills are a plus, but not mandatory
Interview Availability: Wednesday or Thursday
