PARALEGAL – NO FAULT PARALEGAL

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a reputable insurance company who is seeking an experienced Paralegal. This is a great opportunity to work for an insurance company who prides themselves on attracting, retaining, and motivating people who are passionate and a team player.

Salary - $50,000-$55,000 DOE

· Benefits include: Medical, Dental, 401K

Hours – Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities for the Paralegal:

• Make inquiries about and research legal matters
• Put together and serve legal documents
• Other Paralegal duties as needed

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
• Must have a certification in paralegal studies
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of legal assistant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
