PARALEGAL– LAW FIRM – ESTATE PLANNING

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm who specializes in estate & trust administration, estate & wealth transfer planning, real estate, and more. The ideal candidate is solutions and client focused with a strong work ethic.

Salary - $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience

Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k) and PTO.

Days/hours: M-F, 9am-5pm. Over time as needed.

This position is located on-site.

Responsibilities for the Paralegal:

• Help clients with sale and transfer of assets
• Responsible for maintaining fiduciary accountings
• Preparation of probate petitions and documents
• Prepare federal and state estate tax returns
• Compile receipts and releases
• Oversee beneficiary forms for life insurance, retirement benefits, annuity contracts
• Create correspondence to beneficiaries and creditors
• Assist with collection and assets

• Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate
• Must have 1-2 years experience in estate planning law firm setting
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, HotDocs software program; knowledge of estate tax and fiduciary accounting programs (OneSource preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to provide 2 employment references
