PACU Nurse – Fort Defiance, AZ
Start Date: 09/02/2025
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3,008
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PACU Nurse to provide care for post-anesthesia patients in a fast-paced recovery room setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and the ability to respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients emerging from anesthesia
- Manage pain control and vital signs
- Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions
Job Requirements
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Minimum 1 year of PACU or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS certifications required
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
