United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking LPNs for the Overnight Shift in Staten Island, NY.

Pay: $40.00 per hour with weekly pay

Hours: 3 nights/week, 12am-8am

Responsibilities of the LPN:

• Handle calls, inquiries, and follow-ups, keeping families and management informed.
• Serve as liaison between Residence, Day Program, Physicians, and families.
• Ensure staff is informed of treatment/medication changes and compliance.
• Update RN on residents' medical status and report any irregularities.
• Review and document medication records, vital signs, and bowel movements.
• Coordinate medication administration, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Transport and accompany residents to medical appointments and follow up.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports.
• Provide crisis intervention, emergency response, and resident support.
• Conduct staff training and attend meetings as required.

• NYS Licensed Nurse
• 1+ year experience in community healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Crisis intervention skills with maturity and responsibility

Preferred:

• Training in I/DD, human services knowledge
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
