OFFICE MANAGER – MOVING COORDINATOR - MOVING AND STORAGE

United Staffing Solutions a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, reputable commercial moving and storage company who is seeking an Office Manager/Moving Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coordinating large scale corporate moves. This individual is sensitive to high levels of customer service, deadlines and detail oriented.

This is a hybrid schedule, working 2 days remotely.

Salary: $60,000-$65,000 (Depending on Experience)

Benefits: PTO and Health Insurance

Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities for the Office Manager/Moving Coordinator:

• Manage office staff
• Serve as a liaison between client, dispatchers, and drivers
• Plan and coordinate moves with clients by evaluating their needs
• Adhere to contractual commitments
• Ensure clients are satisfied
• Responsible for implementing office systems and processes in order to maintain an organized work environment that allows the team to work productively

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Previous experience in the moving, logistics, or service industry highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), (Moveware a plus), and customer portal systems
• Must exhibit strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to provide 3 work related references
