Facilities Business Analyst / IT Systems Analyst – Midtown Manhattan (Hybrid)
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry, is representing a major global media and entertainment organization in their search for a Facilities Business Analyst / IT Systems Analyst to support internal systems and operational projects. This is a long-term temporary assignment (approximately 9 months) with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Location: Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite at Midtown Manhattan office / 1 day remote
Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities of the Facilities Business Analyst / IT Systems Analyst:
- Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements
- Supporting IT and systems-related projects from planning through implementation
- Documenting workflows, processes, and system functionality
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners
- Analyzing data and preparing reports using Excel and other tools
- Assisting with testing, user acceptance, and system rollouts
- Serving as a liaison between operations, IT, and external partners
- Supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Approximately 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles
- Experience working with IT systems, platforms, or technical projects
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan four days per week
