SENIOR HR GENERALIST– HUMAN RESOURCES - LAW FIRM
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm who specializes in personal injury cases, slip & fall accidents, construction accidents, and more. They are seeking an experienced, professional HR Generalist.
Salary - $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience.
Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Life Insurance Coverage, 401(k) and PTO.
Days/hours: M-F, 8:45am-5:30pm. Some flexibility as needed.
This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities for the Senior Human Resources Generalist:
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Handle employee relations issues
- Handle staffing process, interviewing, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- Ensure the firm is following local, state, and federal regulations
- Create an office budget
- Communicate with senior management to discuss office progress and developing ways to improve office operations and procedures
- Create training materials and performance management programs
- Perform performance and salary reviews
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of prior HR experience in a corporate environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and discreet with confidential information
- Ability to provide 2 employment references
