Job Description

LITIGATION PARALEGAL– LAW FIRM – PERSONAL INJURY

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm who specializes in areas such as personal injury cases, slip & fall accidents, construction accidents, and more. The ideal candidate is a well- organized, team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Salary - $30.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Life Insurance Coverage, 401(k) and PTO.

Days/hours: M-F, 9am-5pm. Over time as needed.

This position is located on-site.

Responsibilities for the Litigation Paralegal:

  • Organize case materials and maintain orderly filing systems
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
  • Review medical records
  • Manage and maintain document management systems
  • Support attorneys with trial preparation

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of prior litigation paralegal experience with a personal injury firm
  • Knowledge of SmartAdvocate software preferred
  • Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Excellent clerical and data entry skills
  • Experience supporting attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process
  • Ability to provide 3 employment references
