We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) in Milford, DE. This is a full-time opportunity within a long-term Verteran care and rehabilitation facility.

This is a permanent, direct hire role.

30 hours/week on average, Mon-Fri, weekends as needed

Pay: $48-51/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and care plans for residents in accordance with physician orders and state practice regulations.
• Deliver direct patient care to promote mobility, strength, endurance, and overall physical well-being.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and individualized patient outcomes.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and aides as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services and patient progress.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Delaware PT license.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on quality care and patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a similar rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
