Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Maspeth, NY 11378
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekend day)
Pay: $21–$22/hour, depending on experience (prior to permanent conversion)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Maspeth, NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a candidate who is bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, emails, and document management
• Assist with project documentation such as contracts, lien waivers, and invoices
• Communicate with vendors, general contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Support accounting and administrative team with data entry and tracking
• Answer phones and manage office correspondence

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (construction industry preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
