Long-Term Temporary Assignment

They are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst to support large-scale corporate operations within a dynamic, fast-paced campus environment. This is a long-term temporary assignment with strong potential for extension, supporting senior leadership with critical operational reporting and analytics.

This Operations Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing operational data tied to transportation services, workplace utilization, attendance trends, mailroom logistics, and overall campus operations. This position supports senior leadership by delivering clear, data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities of the Operations Data Analyst:

• Analyzing operational data related to transportation services, shuttle programs, and congestion initiatives
• Tracking and reporting on workspace utilization, attendance patterns, mailroom/package intake, and building activity
• Identifying anomalies, behavioral trends, and operational inefficiencies
• Creating recurring monthly reports and executive-ready presentations
• Developing dashboards and visualizations using Excel and Power BI
• Collaborating with IT and operations teams to answer business-critical data questions
• Supporting preventive maintenance tracking through internal management systems
• Managing long-term data tracking across multiple operational categories
• Maintaining highly organized records to ensure reporting continuity and historical reference

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations analytics, or corporate analytics
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of Python and/or R preferred
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable operating in a large, multi-department corporate environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
