Job Description
OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR - LAW FIRM
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm who specializes in personal injury cases that include slip & fall accidents, construction accidents, and more. The ideal candidate is a well- organized, team player who excels in driving performance and compliance across the firm.
Salary - $135,000-$140,000 depending on experience.
Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401(k) and PTO.
Days/hours: M-F, 9am-5:30pm. Over time as needed.
This position is located on-site.
Responsibilities for the Operations & Compliance Director:
- Direct staff in enforcing and meeting KPI standards
- Work with department heads and senior leadership
- Monitor performance and generate compliance reports
- Ensure accuracy and accountability
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in operations/compliance (law firm or professional services preferred)
- Experience with Smart Advocate is a plus but if experienced in another system they offer training in Smart Advocate
- Excellent KPI tracking, staff management, and reporting skills
- Ability to provide 3 employment references
