MARKETING EXECUTIVE - LAW FIRM

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm. The ideal candidate will be leading the marketing division and is very experienced in brand marketing and traditional and digital media, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a creative and brand marketing executive role that requires someone who can write creatively, buy airtime, negotiate with reps and generate results.

Salary - $135,000-$140,000 depending on experience.

Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401(k) and PTO.

Days/hours: M-F, 9am-5:30pm. Over time as needed.

This position is located on-site.

Responsibilities for the Marketing Professional:

• Developing creative copy for TV, radio and print
• Analyzing campaign performance and reporting ROI
• Overseeing all branding and advertising strategy across traditional and digital channels
• Working with in-house and external teams to create new ideas
• Managing client experience and brand presence

• Minimum of 10 years of consistent hands-on marketing experience
• Highly experienced in traditional advertising, radio and television, out-of-home (OOH), direct mail and print
• Comfort with lower middle-market environments
• Experience with negotiating with vendors and buying placements and written or overseen writing of ads TV, radio, and print
• Familiarity with NYC culture
• Experience working for real, local brands, tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign performance
• Experience with events, sponsorships, and promo items is a plus
• Ability to provide 2 employment references
