CASE MANAGER - LAW FIRM – PERSONAL INJURY - BILINGUAL

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm who specialize in personal injury cases that include slip & fall accidents, construction accidents, and more. The ideal candidate is bilingual, well- organized, team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and supports the attorneys, clients, and case teams.

Salary - $26.00-$31.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401(k) and PTO.

Days/hours: M-F, 9am-5pm. Over time as needed.

This position is located on-site.

Responsibilities for the Case Manager:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Support attorneys with investigations and pre-claim document preparation
• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters
• Conduct detail intakes and enter client information
• Report claims to insurance companies, initiate no-fault benefits, and draft correspondence
• Schedule client appointments, organize case files, and coordinate medical treatment
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and support
• Maintain medical records and supporting documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• At least 3 years of prior legal experience with a personal injury firm
• Knowledge of SmartAdvocate software preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe; experience with case management software a plus
• Ability to provide 3 employment references
