JUNIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY– GENERAL LIABILITY
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm who specializes in litigation and risk management. They are highly experienced in civil litigation and dispute resolution while providing practical and economical solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated, team player who is looking to gain hands on experience in general liability defense.

· Initially in office. Hybrid eligible.
Salary - $100,000-$160,000, depending on experience + $30 per hour bonus for all billable hours.

Days/hours: M-F, 9am-5pm. Over time as needed.
Responsibilities for the Junior Attorney:
- Manage assigned cases
- Defend depositions
- Perform legal research and draft motions
- Attend court appearances and help with trial preparation
- Draft and respond to discovery
- Assist in defending construction defect, product and premises liability
Job Requirements
- Licensed with the California State Bar
- JD from an accredited Law school
- 1 year of prior legal experience in general liability defense (construction defect preferred)
- Exceptional legal writing and research skills
- Experience handling depositions and discovery is a plus
- Immediate availability
