ATTORNEY– LAW FIRM

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm who specializes in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate is interested in contributing, results oriented and being part of a dynamic team.

Salary - $175,000-$200,000, depending on experience.

Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401(k) and PTO.

Days/hours: M-F, 9am-5pm. Over time as needed.

Responsibilities for the Attorney:

• Responsible for client intake and developing an understanding of case facts
• Strategically plan for litigation and settlement
• Support senior attorneys with legal research, motion drafting, and trial preparation
• Draft and evaluate pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents

• Licensed with the California State Bar
• 5-15 years of prior legal experience
• Lemon Law experience a plus, not a must
• Superb legal writing and research skills
• A team player
• Must be detail oriented, organized and client-focused
• Immediate availability
